About Us

The Franconia Heritage was built from the ground up in 1979. Since that day we have been adding offerings and increasing our size to bring about a local dining establishment that works to meet the needs of our community every day. Major renovations were done again in 2004 when Terry Allebach accepted the privilege of being the establishments owner and operator. We strive to keep our menu and facility forward looking while still focusing on those things important to our existing clientele. We welcome customer input since we are here as a service to each person that has chosen to make us their choice for a friendly and relaxing dining experience.
